Test Services
1. Appearance
- Are the front and back cameras dirty or have blue light?
- Are the screen and back cover warped? Are there bubbles on the screen? If there is a code on the back cover or the screen is not correct, the screen will not be accepted or replaced.
- If there are hard defects on the buttons or the appearance, they will not be accepted.
- Shake the battery to see if it is loose or bulging.
- Receiver Test for noise, sound or no sound, check if the screen has backlight, imprint or bright spot.
- Vibration Test for noise, vibration or no vibration
- MEGACAM Test for watermark, focus and wide angle. All rear cameras must be tested.
- TOUCH Test for disconnection, draw on the top blank to see if it can be touched.
- SPEAKER Test for sound and ringtone.
- FRONT CAM Test for opening, watermark, focus and light leakage.
- SENSOR IMAGE TEST Test for gravity and rotation.
- RCV handset test if there is sound
- SPK1 speaker test if there is sound
- SPK2 rear camera test if there is sound
- E/P earphones change color when plugged in.
- Insert the card and make a call twice. If the card is not removed, there should be a 5-minute interval between the two calls.
- When making a call, you must pick up the handset and speaker to check if there is noise.
- The induction must be tested for induction and automatic induction. If the screen automatically goes black when making a call, all should be turned off.
