What are the prices of each product?

Do you test your products?

I provide mobile phone testing services including phone check, nsys and manual inspection before shipping.We pursue sincere and long-term mutual benefit and win-win business, so quality is the first place.

Is your phone original?

Our mobile phone is used original 99% new, the US version, factory unlocked , I can give you a better understanding through the video/picture.

When will the phone be shipped after payment?

After you pay, I will give the money to the factory, and the factory will provide me with the mobile phone you need. After I receive the mobile phone, there will be professional technicians to test the quality of each mobile phone, (Samsung mobile phone) will be shipped within three working days/ (iPhone) will be shipped within five working days.

What kind of logistics and express delivery do you send?

We usually send UPS,DHL,FEDEX, which logistics do you need to send

How to resolve customs issues?

I want to talk about customs with you. As for the customs issue, the commercial term we use is factory delivery, but if there is a problem with the goods in China, leading to detention, I can help you solve this problem, because we are business partners, however, if the goods in the your country have customs problems, you need to clear customs to solve the retention problem. Because we are not in your country, we cannot help you solve the problem.

Do you provide after-sales service?

• We will offer warranty for 12 months if there is some problems of quality. But if the problem is man-made,we will not change replacement.The details, pls find warranty term.
• If you cooperate with us for a long time, we will provide you with a long-term after-sales service guarantee program, specifically through the following three ways to solve:.
  A. If there is a system problem, I can ask my technical team to solve it for you remotely.
  B. If there is a defect in the mobile phone after you receive the goods, you can tell me at the first time. I can ask my technical team to check the reason, and protect your rights and interests by sending new accessories or providing you with a discount scheme. 
  C. If the damage is caused by your customer's use, we can also check the cause for you and help you purchase the corresponding accessories, but this is paid.

Do you have much inventory?

We have a large stock in stock, and I will send the goods within three to five days after receiving your payment.
